Child Safety & CSAE Standards
Last updated: 2026-05-21
Scriptd Hearts is committed to maintaining a safe environment for all users and strictly prohibits any content or behavior that exploits or endangers children. This page outlines our standards, enforcement practices, and reporting procedures regarding child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE).
1. Zero-tolerance policy
We have a zero-tolerance policy for child sexual abuse and exploitation material (CSAM) or any content that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers minors. This includes:
- Any visual depiction of child sexual abuse or exploitation;
- Content that groom, solicit, or attempt to victimize minors;
- Sextortion, coercion, or blackmail involving minors;
- Any discussion, description, or promotion of sexual activity with minors;
- Attempts to use the Service to produce, distribute, or request CSAM.
2. Age requirements
The Service is intended for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If we become aware that an account belongs to a minor, we will terminate the account and delete associated data.
3. Content moderation
We employ automated systems and human review to detect and remove prohibited content. Users may not submit messages, images, or any other content that includes or references CSAM or child exploitation. Violations result in immediate account termination and reporting to relevant authorities.
4. Reporting
If you encounter content or behavior that violates these standards, please report it immediately:
- In-app: Use the feedback or support channel within the app or on the website.
- Email: Contact us via the support channels listed on the site.
- NCMEC CyberTipline: missingkids.org/gethelpnow/cybertipline
- Law enforcement: In emergencies or imminent danger, contact your local law enforcement immediately.
5. Cooperation with authorities
We cooperate fully with law enforcement and child-safety organizations. We will preserve and disclose information as required by law to investigate and prosecute CSAE-related violations.
6. Enforcement
Violations of this policy may result in:
- Immediate and permanent account suspension;
- Device and identity bans;
- Referral to law enforcement and/or NCMEC;
- Forfeiture of any paid subscription without refund.
7. Parental guidance
If you are a parent or guardian and believe a minor has accessed the Service, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
8. Updates
We may update these standards as laws, industry practices, or platform requirements evolve. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated standards.
