Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on Scriptd Hearts Pro subscriptions. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your most recent order.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who is the Merchant of Record for all orders. To request a refund:

• Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email you used at checkout, or
• Reply to the receipt email Paddle sent you after purchase.

What you get

Approved refunds return the full amount to the original payment method. Once a refund is issued your subscription is canceled and access ends.

Cancellation without refund

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Account page or via the link in any Paddle receipt. After cancellation you keep access until the end of your current billing period; we do not pro-rate partial periods.
