These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Scriptd Hearts (the "Service"), operated by TallNBurly ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Scriptd Hearts is an entertainment and educational tool that uses AI to identify recycled "game" lines in dating messages and rate authenticity and apparent interest. It is not professional advice and is not a substitute for trusted friends, therapists, or your own judgment. Outputs may be inaccurate; verify anything that matters to you.

2. Acceptance & eligibility

By using the Service you agree to these Terms and confirm you are of legal age in your jurisdiction. If using on behalf of an organization you confirm you have authority to bind it.

3. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Service, including:

• Unlawful use, fraud, harassment, or abuse;
• Infringing intellectual property or privacy of others;
• Submitting illegal content, malware, deepfakes, hate speech, or content that targets minors;
• Probing, scraping, or interfering with the Service's security or availability;
• Reverse engineering, reselling, or redistributing the Service.

4. AI-generated content

Outputs from the Service are generated by automated systems and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or biased. You are responsible for the content you submit, for verifying outputs before relying on them, and for ensuring you have the right to share any message you paste into the Service.

5. Account credentials

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it updated.

6. Intellectual property

We retain all rights to the Service, including software, branding, and documentation. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within your selected plan.

7. Payments and subscriptions

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.

9. Service availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for: material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated/serious policy violations. On termination, your access ends and we may delete your data after a reasonable export window.

11. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior 6 months. We exclude indirect, consequential, special, and incidental damages (including lost profits, data, or goodwill). Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where excluded by law.

12. Indemnity

You will indemnify us for claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the Service, or violations of these Terms.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated; continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the seller's jurisdiction. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction unless otherwise required by law.
